i-payout respects individual privacy and values the confidence of its customers and business
partners. I-payout strives to uphold the highest ethical and industry standard when collecting,
using, storing, and disclosing personal information. The privacy policy adopted by i-payout
adheres to the US laws, as well as the EU Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, and

Scope
This Safe Harbor Pricacy Policy applies to all personal information received by i-payout in the
United States from the EU and Switzerland, in any format, including electronic, paper, or oral.
Definitions
"Personal Information" or "Information" means information that is recorded in any form and
used by i-payout to identify an individual. "Sensitive Personal Information" means personal
information that reveals race, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinions, religious or
philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or that concerns an individual’s health.
Privacy Principles
The privacy principles in this Policy are based on the Safe Harbor Principles.
Notice
Due to governmental oversight, personal information is required to be collected in order to
offer our services. The need for the requested identification information and subsequent
verification checks are mandatory as dictated by U.S. law.
i-payout collects personal information directly from individuals and provides all members with a
notice to inform them about the purposes and use of such personal information. Where i-
payout collects personal information from the EU to the U.S., i-payout will use and disclose such
information in accordance with the applicable data protection law to ensure the individuals
have been provided with appropriate notice and choice made by the individuals to whom such
information relates.
Choice
i-payout offers individuals the opportunity to choose the manner and circumstances in which
their personal information is to be disclosed to any third parties. Sensitive data is only by i-
payout for the sole purpose of ensuring the true identity and the authenticity of transactions
conducted by the individuals. Where i-payout receives personal information from EU to the
United States, i-payout collects and stores the information in accordance with the applicable
data protection laws.
Onward Transfers
i-payout complies with Notice and Choice principles for all data disclosed to a third party. I-
payout may use trusted third party companies and individuals to help us provide, analyze, and
improve the service (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, database
management, web analytics, payment processing, and improvement of the service’s features).
These third parties may have access to sensitive data only for purposes of performing these
tasks on our behalf and under obligations similar to those in the Privacy Policy. All third parties
have provided assurance that they will safeguard personal information consistently with this
policy.
Data Security
i-payout maintains procedural safeguards and precautions to protect personal information. All
accounts are protected with a unique login to a secure site, IP restrictions, and individual PIN
setup. I-payout software monitors the accounts to detect and prevent unauthorized access or
information change attempts.
Data Integrity
i-payout uses personal information only in a way that is compatible with and relevant for the
purpose for which it was collected or authorized by the individual. I-payout takes reasonable
steps to ensure personal information submitted by the individuals is accurate, complete,
current, and reliable for the intended use. Additional documents are often times requested to
verify the personal information supplied by users. Documents are screened for authenticity and
must not be expired.
Access
i-payout provides individuals reasonable access to their personal information that it holds
about them. Individuals are able to review the information for accuracy and are provided with
limited access to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate information. I-payout may take
reasonable steps to permit more extensive correction to information that is demonstrated to
be inaccurate or incomplete.
Enforcement
i-payout holds the principles set forth by the EU Safe Harbor privacy policy to a high standard. I-
payout will conduct compliance audits to verify that the policy is accurate and comprehensive
for the information intended to be covered, prominently displayed, completely implemented,
and accessible and in conformity with the Principles.
In compliance with the US-EU and US-Swiss Safe Harbor Principles, i-payout commits to resolve
complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information.

Amendments
This privacy policy may be amended from time to time consistent with the requirements of the
Safe Harbor. If any updates are implemented, a notice will be posted for 60 days whenever this
Safe Harbor Privacy Policy is changed in a material way.
